Harbhajan Singh and S. Sreesanth:

Few years ago, Kings XI Punjab had played a match against Mumbai Indians. KXIP won the match and just after that, KXIP Pacer S. Sreesanth had said something to Harbhajan Singh which he found offensive. In return, Harbhajan Singh put a tight slap on Sreesanth’s face.

Cheerleaders Controversy:

Everyone knows that both the teams enjoy party after the match. But only few knows the truth behind dark parties. South African cheerleader Gabriella Pasqualotto created quite a stir in the fourth edition of the IPL after she blogged about the deplorable conduct of cricketers at post-match parties.

Spot Fixing in IPL:

In 2012, a new channel had conducted a sting operation. And this results in life time ban on medium pacer TP Sudhindra and a five-year ban to fast-medium bowler Shalabh Srivastava. Three others – batsmen Mohnish Mishra and Abhinav Bali and all-rounder Amit Yadav – were banned for a year.

Shah Rukh Khan and Wankhede:

Not everyone knows the full story behind SRK and Wankhede controversy. The co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders cricket team “Shah Rukh Khan” was found abusing officials after the win over Mumbai Indians in Wankhede Stadium. This results in five years ban on SRK to enter the stadium.

Rahul Sharma and Wayne Parnell in Rave Party:

Pune Warriors spinner “Rahul Sharma” and pacer “Wayne Parnell” were found in a rave party. Firstly they said that they visit the party by mistake and don’t have any contact with any drug dealer. But after the drugs test, they found positive.

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir Controversy:

In 2013, Virat Kohli was got out against KKR and Captain Gautam Gambhir shared some words. In return, Kohli got angry and charged at Gambhir. The players on the field come between them and try to solve the fight as soon as possible.

IPL Match Fixing:

There is one other controversy happened with S. Sreesanth in IPL history. Rajasthan Royals players Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan indulged in spot-fixing and got life time ban from cricket. But in a recent report, Sreesanth was found not guilty and get rid of the life time ban.

Mitchell Starc-Kieron Pollard Action:

RCB’s Pacer “Starc” were bowling to Mumbai Indians’ batsman “Pollard” in 2014 IPL. Both the players show some heat and sledge each other. On a very next ball, Pollard pulled out his stance but Starc continue to bowl. In return, Pollard throws his bat towards Starc and fortunately the bat didn’t reach to pacer.

Virat Kohli Breaks BCCI Guidelines:

As per the BCCI Guidelines, no player is allowed to talk with others (excluded team players and coaches) after the toss session. But in 2015, RCB’s Captain Kohli has stepped out of players’ area to meet Anushka Sharma during the rain break.

CSK and RR Got Suspended:

Everyone knows that Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals got suspended for 2 years. Justice RM Lodha, the head of the committee (pictured), became the face of the court's crusade against corruption in Indian cricket, which also led to the ouster of BCCI’s top brass.
